Contour was contracted to provide the total sitework package for a new 10 acre mixed use development in Forest Acres, SC. This complex project scope included mass excavation, erosion control, demolition, domestic water, gravity sewer, over excavation, retaining walls, curbing, storm drainage and paving. The project consisted of retail space, multi-family residential, pre-cast parking deck and single family town homes. Our teams navigated this complex project with minimal space to facilitate work under multiple construction disciplines.
