Contour provided the full civil site work package for this new maintenance facility for the town of Lexington. Our scope included 10 acres of clearing and grubbing, erosion and sedimentation controls, mass excavation, disposal of unsuitable materials, fine grading, parking lot construction, installation of stone base, storm drainage, oil and water separator installation, and concrete curbing. A challenging aspect of this project was traversing an active 16” high-pressure natural gas line with the storm drainage line from the parking lot to the sediment basin.
