Contour provided the full civil site work package for a new warehouse and Multipurpose Building at an existing production Facility. Our scope included 1 acre of clearing and grubbing, erosion and sedimentation controls, mass excavation, fine grading, parking lot construction, installation of stone base, storm drainage, and concrete curbing. A challenging aspect of this project was working next to an active production facility.
