David St John, PE is a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.An experienced multi-state licensed Professional Civil Engineer (SC, GA, FL, LA, PA, NV and VA), with additional construction credentials as a Contractor Responsible Party (AZ and VA), Water and Sewer (SC)and Master Plumber (VA) licenses.David has a strong track record of success in operations and business growth, leading all phases of Heavy Construction, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Transportation Infrastructure, Land Development and Public Works projects for private sector clients and Federal, State and Local governments. His operational expertise includes heavy construction, ITS, National Parks, highway improvements, water, storm and wastewater utilities, concrete, land development, traffic engineering initiatives and a variety of other construction projects. David has led projects from the initial pursuit phase, to conception, design, zoning, construction culminating with project buy out. His experience includes all aspects of corporate leadership to include budgeting, profit and loss, financing, bonding and staffing oversight. Backed by strong credentials and a proven history of strong problem solving and high-quality leadership, David provides executive leadership for Contour and Carolina Wrecking as the Chief Operating Officer.
