Walker McDonald brings more than 20 years of leadership, relationship-building, and project experience to Contour Construction, including 8 years in civil construction project management and 13 years in executive-level business development. Throughout his career, he has helped develop and pursue major opportunities valued at $40 million and above, building lasting relationships across the construction, engineering, and economic development communities.
Before beginning his career in construction and business development, Walker spent 10 years as a professional hockey player—an experience that shaped his competitive mindset, work ethic, and team-first approach to business.
Outside of work, Walker enjoys fishing and golfing with his wife, Ashley, spending time with family, and supporting his children in their athletics. You can often find him watching Madden compete in NCAA Division I soccer, Cannon on the baseball field, or Cubby playing football and wrestling.
