Client: TTI, Industrial, Site Preparation

Market: Industrial

Capability: Heavy Civil

We mobilized a large earthmoving fleet of over 35 machines and support equipment to develop this site. At peak, we consistently moved 25,000 cy of material per shift. With over 1,100,000 SF of building pad on the first building. We also built a 2,000’ temporary construction road, and over 7 acres of temporary laydown and office areas. Additionally, we were contracted by another GC to perform the sitework for a 130,000 SF additional to an existing building. Our crews and subcontractors handled all the sitework from mass excavation, rock blasting / excavation, cement soil stabilization of the building pad and roadways, erosion control, stone base, asphalt paving, precast bridge, domestic water line, fire line, and sanitary sewer. The final portion of this work was a .75 mile new entrance road and mass grading for a future 800,000 SF building pad, which was performed directly for the owner.
